Important Instructions for Registration
After the acceptance of your research paper, the registration process will begin. Authors are requested to carefully complete the following mandatory steps to ensure successful publication and presentation of their paper at KALINGACONF 2026.
Step 1 – Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to complete the registration process for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and technical program schedule. Papers without completed registration will not be considered for presentation or publication.
The registration fee includes:
- Inclusion of the accepted paper in the conference proceedings
- Online listing and indexing of accepted papers
- Access to all technical sessions and keynote talks
- Conference kit and participation materials
- Proceedings and digital conference resources
- Lunch and refreshments during conference sessions
- Morning and evening tea/snacks
- Participation certificate for registered authors and attendees
Authors are advised to complete the registration within the specified deadline to avoid cancellation of their paper from the final conference program.
