Review Process
Peer Review and Acceptance Policy
The International Conference on Intelligent Technologies follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically significant research contributions. Peer review is an essential part of scholarly publishing and plays a vital role in maintaining the academic and technical standards of the conference proceedings.
Initial Manuscript Evaluation
All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) Chair and the Publication Committee. During this stage, papers are assessed for originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and overall presentation. Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage if they:
- Lack originality or technical contribution
- Contain major scientific or methodological flaws
- Are poorly written or difficult to understand
- Fall outside the scope of the conference themes and research areas
Papers that satisfy the minimum quality requirements are forwarded for detailed peer review by expert reviewers.
Type of Peer Review
The International Conference on Intelligent Technologies follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review procedure. This process ensures fairness, transparency, and unbiased evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.
Selection of Reviewers
Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, research interests, and experience in the relevant subject area. The conference maintains a panel of qualified academicians, researchers, and industry experts to ensure quality and integrity in the review process.
Reviewer Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers are requested to evaluate manuscripts based on the following criteria:
- Originality and novelty of the research work
- Technical and methodological soundness
- Relevance to the conference themes and objectives
- Clarity of presentation and organization
- Quality of results, analysis, and conclusions
- Proper citation and referencing of previous work
- Ethical standards and academic integrity
Reviewers may also provide suggestions for improving the quality, clarity, and presentation of the manuscript.
Review Process Duration
The duration of the review process depends upon the timely response of reviewers and the complexity of the submitted manuscript. In situations where reviewer opinions significantly differ or delays occur, additional expert reviewers may be assigned to ensure a fair evaluation.
Authors may be requested to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on reviewer comments and recommendations. Revised papers may again be reviewed by the original reviewers before the final decision is made.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript is made by the Publication Chair and Technical Program Committee based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the overall quality of the paper. The decision communicated to authors may include reviewer comments and suggestions for further improvement.
Only papers that successfully complete the review process, fulfill formatting requirements, and are presented during the conference will be included in the final conference proceedings.
Reviewer Participation
Researchers, academicians, and industry professionals interested in serving as reviewers for the International Conference on Intelligent Technologies are encouraged to contact the conference committee. Reviewing provides an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of scientific research, evaluate emerging technologies, and engage with the latest developments in the field.
The conference review and publication process strictly follows IEEE guidelines, ethical standards, and professional publication practices.
